Role & Responsibilities:
 Understand client requirements basis received RFP/SOW
 Prepare a solution map basis the requirements shared. Coordinate with Operations,
HR, Admin, Facility, Finance and WFM Team to discuss and take inputs basis their
expertise and understanding of the requirement
 Prepare Multiple Cost effective Models to have alternate Solutions while
ensuring no compromise on service delivery or compliances.
 Pricing - Expertise in preparing proposals on various model like Per Agent, Per
Hour, Per Connect Minute, Per Call, Per Seat, Per Transaction & BOT Model
 Expertise in preparing proposal for Inbound, Outbound, Blend, Social Media (Email,
Chat), Backend (Non Voice) and CAF businesses (FOS)
 Coordinate with the CXO’s to discuss the strategic vision from the prospect and
finalize the target/effective revenue of the business
 Final coordination with internal Sales lead and / or with the client to discuss the
rates, clauses of the contract, inputs and assumptions taken into consideration.

operating out of Gurgaon. One is a Telecom giant (Sales & Lead generation)
while another is a BMGF project (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) on

 Have been successful in securing 8 businesses for the organization till date by
creating a competitive solution and effective pricing – Two E-commerce
businesses (150 Seats + 170 Seats to start with), one of them an E-commerce giant,
One DTH (550 Seats to start with), One CAF business (65 spokes across Jaipur &
Rajasthan), One Hospitality Services (40 Seats to start with) and a Telecom
project (60 Seats to start with)
 Have simplified and created an effective Solutioning and Pricing methodology
by examining individual client needs, creating trackers, constantly reviewing the

 Have successfully led a project in automating and deploying Supply Chain
Management along with Automatic Attendance & LMS which aimed at covering
the complete life cycle of each employee thus creating an extensive database, PAN

 Coordinated with the concerned stakeholders while developing and modifying a
solution road map to address the concerns and challenges of scattered employee
information amongst all functions, resulting in implementation of an online single
