Jimmy Crow has over 15 years of experience in customer service and operations management roles related to rail transportation logistics. He received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2004. His current role is as a Customer Service Representative at IntelliTrans LLC, where he assists customers by monitoring shipments, resolving issues, and recommending system improvements. Prior to this, he held several supervisory and operations lead roles at IntelliTrans and its predecessor companies.
