• Created a workflow process for purchase approvals and trained the staff affected by the
changes.

counts for local operations which were adopted throughout the Oil Tools Division.

• Go-to person for issues stemming from Cycle Counting and API count or posting problems.
• Developed Help Desk documentation to help the Application Support Inventory team members
with the common system/user problems with resolutions

• Developed a "Z" transaction ZIMLITE and that was approved by finance and legal
departments. Created a dashboard that was a consolidation of IM Count and Posting processes for
maintaining the integrity of Operation inventory. The program incorporated the system security
of the end-users to ensure the integrity of the process and it aligned with financial posting
periods.
