• Portfolio Management- To build and develop the right product mix giving optimum
representation to product type, style, MRP, size, color, fabric etc.
• To review Portfolio Performance- YoY, MoM, YTD, MTD.
• On a monthly basis, obtain relevant insights into product analytics using the color ratio
analysis, size ratio analysis, sell-through analysis, top/bottom sellers analysis, style
growth, Style EBO ranking, product mapping and contribution analysis across all
collections, categories and verticals and any other such relevant tools which will allow
for better alignment/decision making for both the product team and the sales team.
• To assess demand of to be launched and existing products and generate Marketing
Order projecting sales for a year in advance.
• To collect monthly product feedback from the market by capturing retailer insights and
findings from across the country.
• Use the market feedback, consumer feedback and product analytics to enhance the
demand planning & sales forecasting monthly for the current year - proposing changes
and course corrections to the currently forecasted sales plan, planned colour ratios,
pricing decisions and planned size ratios.
• Maintain a comprehensive study on competition and creating a rolling monthly product
/ pricing matrix.
• Evolve a rolling sales forecast for the next 3 years for each product and collection in line
with the 5year business plan
• Track monthly EBO product performance (sell through, product count/mix, and range
productivity) against the plan and proactively identify solutions with retail team to close
performance gaps.
• Maintain optimum product mix for E-commerce channel for all product categories.
• Collaborate with the Large Format Stores team for in line/range seasonal presentations.
