I have spent my last 25 years in the printing industry. Due to my previous background in
customer service a new department was created at LabelWorld, Inc. after 5 months of my coming
on board. I spent 3 years in this position and during this time I was trained in the estimating
department by way of Label Traxx. I also took an interest in learning some points of purchasing
and was trained in negotiating skills and order processing. I established many vendor
relationships. I moved into an inside-sales position in 1993 where I secured a large account
worth over half-million dollars in sales within my first 6 months. I also travelled locally to secure
new business. I have grown and maintained many customers during this time, most of who are
still with the company. I was allowed to continue to use all of my skills as well as maintain and
grow my book of business worth over $2,000,000 throughout my time with the company.
