As an experienced manager with a Polish and American degree in marketing management
and Corporate Management as well as experience in the banking sector and finance, I am

I received my Polish Master degree in Corporate Management from WSB-NLU School of
Business in Poland as well as an American Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from
National Louis University in Chicago. I am working in a bank for the past 8 years, beginning
as a Customer Service Advisor progressing to Risk and Control Service Manager/Assistant
Bank Manager. During this career, I have learned to execute the duties of the position with
efficiency and consistency. I had broad responsibilities particularly in ensuring that the entire
branch is managed within quality and control procedures, ensuring risks are identified and
addressed. I was responsible for leading and developing the branch team, allocating people
to the right activities according to their skills set, and developing them to realise their
potential. I was planning, monitoring, and reviewing the customer service provided in the
branch to ensure all service standards are met and clients received the highest quality of
service.
I am a very sociable, outgoing and self-motivated person. I always pursue a goal. I am very
accurate, hardworking and responsible. I like working with people and establishing new
contacts. Getting a satisfying job and developing new knowledge is my overriding goal. I also
have excellent time-management and communications skills, the ability to plan, strong
relationship management skills with excellent attention to detail and I am keen to learn and
succeed. With my passion for advertisement, marketing, the great personality and my current
knowledge and experience in banking sector, risk, control and customer service I am
