Process Projects Responsibility:
Preparation of Block Diagram, Process Flow Diagram & Equipment List.
Preparation of Mass & Heat Balance.
Calculation of different grade and main process involved in process technology.
Preparation & checking of P&ID.
Pump Sizing, hydraulic calculation and data sheet preparation.
Line sizing, tank sizing and pressure drop calculation of various process lines.
Review of calculation of Pressure Relief Valve using API-520
Sizing of Rotary Drum and Cyclone Separator.

Description, Calculation of Mass & Heat balance, Hydraulic calculation of pump, Specific
consumption of raw material & Utility, Preparation of P&I Diagram, Pipe line sizing, vendor
Specification, Plot Plan etc.

Company Profile:
Sen PET (India) Limited manufactures bottle grade PET resins in India. Its products are used for
downstream manufacturing of PET bottles used in the bottled drinks, beverage, liquor, and
pharmaceutical sectors, located at Kolkata, West Bengal, India, having capacity of over 120 MTPD
using Technology of SUNKYONG INDUSTRIES LTD. South Korea for Continuous Polymerization
plant and BUHLER Ltd. for SSP plant, Switzerland.
Designation: Process Engineer
1 Year & 3 Months experience (June 2009 to September 2010) as a Process Engineer in State
of the art export quality bottle grade PET resin manufacturing plant (Operation).

DCS Operated controlling systems.
Process recovery Distillation Plant of “Mono Ethylene Glycol”.

Continuous Process Reactors and Vacuum systems.
