Present - May, 2006: GAIL (INDIA) Ltd. : It is India's principal gas transmission and marketing company, has expanded into Gas
Processing, Petrochemicals, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Transmission and Telecommunications. It comes under a list of top 500
companies in India.
Presently Posted at: GAIL (India) Ltd. UP Petrochemical Complex, Pata, District Auriaya.: It is one of the major production plant
producing HDPE (production capacity 2 lacs Ton per annum), LLDPE (Production capacity 2.1 lacs ton per annum approx.) ,Presently
a New LLDPE unit is under commissioning stage (production capacity 4 lac Ton per annum), LPG and Naphtha act as by-products of
this plant.
Scope of work:
· Presently Working as a Deputy manager/process engineer in LLDPE Plant. Major responsibilities incluede
troubleshooting, smooth operation of plant from field as well sa from DCS panel. Solve critical operation problem of plant
during annual turnaround
· Team member of the Commisioning unit for new LLDPE II plant of the Petrochemical Complex having capacity 4.00

· Also worked in HDPE Plant as process engineer from 2007 to 2014. Major responsibilities incluedes shift incharge/field
incharge, troubleshooting, smooth operation of plant from field as well sa from DCS panel. Taken responsibilties as

2. May, 2006 – June, 2005: National Fertilizer Ltd : it is a Mini Ratna Category - I Company and is a market leader in the
fertilizer Industry in India with 16.6% share in Urea production .
Posted at : National Fertilizer L:imited, Panipat plant, Harayana: it is one of the major production plant of NFL unit having
production capacity of 5.00 lacs tons of urea per annum approx.
Scope of work:
· Worked as a process engineer in ammonia plant.
· Basic Engineering – study of Process Flow Diagrams, Material & Energy Balance of the ammonia plant and its different
section . Ammonia plant consist of 7 defferent section like Air Separation Unit ( a cryogenic process), Gasification section
( A high pressure ( 55 Kg/cm2g) and high temperature (1350 0C ) section.), Rectisol Section ( A low temperature and high
pressure physical absorption process), CO Shift Section , Nitrogen Wash Section( a Cryogenic process) and Synthesis
Section ( a High pressure (200Kg/cm2g) and High temperature( 500 0C) Section)
· Working as a Trouble shooter for the ammonia plant.
June 2005 - December, 2004 : Jubilant Organosys Ltd.: It is the largest speciality chemicals company in India and having a

Pradesh, India.
Duration: May 2002 to July 2002
Projects: 1) Rating of a Distillation unit according to specified condition.
2) To calculate the “Chilled Water”, “Ambient Temperature Water” and “Steam” requirement in Distillation Unit.
This project involved material and energy balance on partial condenser, total condenser and steam reboiler.
3) To study the chemical reaction plant of the main reactants (toluene and chlorine) and separation of its products
(Benzyl chloride, Benzal chloride and Benzo chloride) by distillation

3. PROJECTS
Academic Projects:
· Continuous Removal of organic dyes from water using Reverse micelles (Major Project):
This project involved the Removal of Cationic and anionic dyes from the effluent water comes out mainly from textiles industries
by using Reverse micelles which were formed by dissolving surfactants in organic solvent. The work involved the following steps:
 Fabrication of experimental setup for continuous removal of dyes.
 Measurement and analysis of different influencing agents’ effects on the process efficiency.
· Plant design for manufacturing of Methanol by Natural gas.
· Manufacturing processes of LDPE (low density polyethylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene) and LLDPE (linear low density
polyethylene).
· Development of Sugar Plant Mill flow sheet.
· Optimizing the Number of Evaporators in a sugar industry.
