• Prepared pipe thickness calculations according to process industry standard (ASME B31.3).
• Prepared spade and spacer thickness calculation for larger sizes according to ASME B31.3 standard.
• Preparation of stud bolt length calculations for non-standard fittings and equipment.
• Prepared RF pad calculation according to ASME B31.3.
4. REVIEWING AND VERIFYING
• Verifying and checking of line list and P&IDs prepared by Process department.
• Reviewing inter-departmental documents prepared by other departments in-order to review various clashes
with respect to the pipe routing.
• Reviewing Instrument Hook up drawings and conforming pipe connection components as per requirement.
• Reviewing of stress analysis report according to the project layout requirement.
• Reviewing vendor drawings based upon project requirement and updating pipe routing as per vendor GAD.
• Assisting in preparation of Technical BID evaluation, RFQ documents for Mechanical Equipments.
• Performed as a team player by co-operating with other departments.
• Monitoring and updating documentation works using the software Document.
