We worked together for a month to identify the safety and ergonomic needs, and what procedures would meet those needs.  Implemented a robotic automation line increased productivity by 230% (record 17 month ROI)  Responsible for $1M operations budget and $3M capital budget using Visual Manufacturing Software  Identified a cost reduction of a paint that was used on an identification plate, I changed the color green by one shade and it saved us $0.006 per piece, with an annual saving of $252,000  Full cycle product development, working closely with clients that ensured specifications were met while designing products that were robotically friendly to optimize production  R&D project that developed a robotically “weld friendly” gusset that reduced cost and utilized automation more efficiently and increased output of manual welded projects  Designed and implemented expandable “multi-tooling system” that reduced change-over times from 4 hours to under one hour.  Retro- fit older equipment with automated controls and up to date safe guarding to increase production and safety while maintaining budget requirements  Managed inventory, purchasing, cost analysis and budgets utilizing ERP Visual Manufacturing  C.N.C machinist /welder, fitter/fabricator, C.N.C programmer, Millwright, Automation Engineer  Ensure applicable safety standards, government legislations and industry requirements including ISO-9000 and API, are met
