Scope: Deploy enterprise Voice (Integration of PBX old legacy setup with updated Lync EV
2013) globally across Ericsson, through which user will able to making and receiving calls
along with additional features of PBX through Lync Client.
Work done during Initiation:-Stakeholder Analysys,Collecting high level
requirement,Feasiability Analysis, Done quick study with TPM, SA and SLCM,and providing
High-level cost.
During Planning: collected detail requirement from all SG,creating WBS ,HLD and LLD,
Created Time Plan ,and R&R matrix, Risk Analysis, contract Management, Project Governance
model, configuration Plan, change management,Staging,DR plan,Readiness management
plan, and Operational Handover templates and approval processes.
Execution: configuration and tracking the deployment, communication and stakeholder
management.Integrating PBX with Lync Server, KT tracking, Deployment, acceptance and
handover of EV in few countries.
Monitoring and control: Doing Stakeholder Management, Tracking the Project according to

Closer: Successful handover of service to SM, Operations and Readiness along with

• Lync Audio / Video Conferencing (Duration 1 Year).
Scope: Deploy and enable Audio and Video conferencing in Lync 2013 for 130000 user of
Ericsson across 170 countries globally along with the Supporting services.
- Initial feasibility, Requirement gathering of H/W (Mediation, LB,), software analysis and
Licensing with TPM, SPM, SLCM, SA, SM and SME and External Vendor.
- Cost estimation (18M SEK), calculating Capex (Server, LB, Switches, Vendor, Resource,
Travel), Opex and ROI, securing budget from sponsors.
- Created WBS, Risk Register, Successfully managed, Time Plan controlled Project Team and
managed stake holders.
- Coordinated with operational project manager for aligning and successfully Managed the
Deployment, documentation of Process, contracts, Agreement and Activities
- Coordinated with Vendor for successful deployment and sharing KT session with operations

• One Voice Project (Duration 1 year)
Scope: Onboard PBX(TSE) of multiple sites in various countries globally which were currently
managed by Local or external vendor of Ericsson to ITTE N&V internal team to save major
chunk of cost in maintenance and AMC to external vendors.
- Successful onboarding (15 sites,5M SEK) of PBX with in Planned Time and budget from
multiple regions to India Network and voice team.
- Updating devices in CMDB, Monitoring, Tracking changes, Script management, and aligning
resources according to the operational requirement.
- Completing documentation like Site survey,WLA,Process flow document, Service strategy,
configuration document, Responsibility Matrix ,escalation Matrix,TFS contracts and finalizing
the transfer of work from different vendors to India operations
- Successfully managed and controlled Project Team and stake holders involved in One Voice
project.
- Managed of 20 employees across 4 locations Bengaluru, Kolkata, Noida and Gurgaon along
with the offshore and third party contractors.
• Handled Right shoring projects: OEN, ETCC, Eritube etc( Duration of 1 year).

forward to right shore it in to India operations.
