• Point person for Admissions Department: Responsible for all matters relating to enrollment logistics, from initial inquiry
to acceptance. Maintain the status report of all applications received, track documentation, prepare contract and addenda,
schedule interviews, and handle financial aid matters. Experienced in FACTS (financial aid site).
• Coordinate $4,000,000+ of annual financial contributions.
• Supervise employee interviews, hirings, background reviews, and terminations. Resolve disciplinary issues. Ensure
compliance with State and Federal requirements.
• Point person for real estate Legal Department: Assisted in apartment building conversions to cooperative/condominium
status. Handled scores of apartment unit transfers/sales, from contract negotiation through post closing tasks.
• Monitored compliance with real estate offering, state and federal filings, and tax payments.
• Administered attorney escrow accounts, personnel files, and financial databases with complete discretion and privacy.

• Created marketing and donor recognition material including ad journals, invitations, newsletters, brochures, donation
