Completely Satisfied Delivery Sheets (CSDS) Form. I did this to increase initial Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Identified key Owner Infotainment Information for vehicle specific Infotainment system function, operation and URLs
to include the information in Vehicle Features and Controls – Customer Tips section of the CSDS Forms.
Developed a translation DB for PDI Forms and VIN Cards to ensure high translation quality and standardized
common terminology. The implementation of the DB resulted in an 80% reduction in translation costs over a 5 year
period.
