Completely Satisfied Delivery Sheets (CSDS) Form. I did this to increase initial Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
 Identified key Owner Infotainment Information for vehicle specific Infotainment system function, operation and URLs
to include the information in Vehicle Features and Controls – Customer Tips section of the CSDS Forms.
 Developed a translation DB for PDI Forms and VIN Cards to ensure high translation quality and standardized
common terminology. The implementation of the DB resulted in an 80% reduction in translation costs over a 5 year
