Roles & Responsibilities:-
Assisted in project scheduling, project cost control, work order control (Change orders, RFI`s, Submittals).
Finalized subcontractors and their scope of work as per the contract documents.
Prepared regular reports related to project scope, schedule and financial health (Pay applications).
Estimation of Quantities from Approved drawings and Coordinate with the Material Management system.
Implemented on field safety & quality control (as per OSHA, EM 385, and UFGS), and monitored site execution works.
Acted as a Formwork Design coordinator for the shop drawings of Hangar Facility, Over Head tanks & other Buildings.
Conducted value engineering with the team by optimizing surplus and unusable formwork inventory through ABC
analysis which resulted in cost saving of approximately $15,500.
Headed the Precast works for approximately 1000 different manholes in the External Development package and
successfully completed the work in time and with quality and safety with the use of Lean principles.
