Epic Cupid and Radiant Certified Instructional Designer at Montefiore Medical Center with over two years of
experience training credentialed trainers as well as Cardiology users. My focus includes teaching complex
invasive and non-invasive workflows to credentialed trainers as well as Cardiologists, Nurses, Technologists
and support staff. I am a motivated professional, creative, driven with attention to detail and enjoy bringing
new information and processes to my students in a positive and encouraging environment. With over thirty-five
years invested at Montefiore, it is a privilege to bring my new skill set to my community hospital.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Dual certifications in EPIC Cupid (Cardiology) and Radiant (Radiology) for Montefiore Medical Center’s EPIC
2014-2017 project/implementation. As the Principle Trainer for Cardiology on the project, I am solely
responsible for training and credentialing my trainers on validated workflows and creating all training materials
used by our students. As of June 2016, Cardiology will have had six separate go-lives.
Before 2014, I acted as manager for an Operations staff of 25+ associates to deliver Operations services to all of
Emerging Health as well as Montefiore end user community. I have served as Data Center Operations key point
of contact for Emerging Health’s hosted clients through internal and external meetings, analysis of their specific
environments, detailed documentation and effective communication. Work closely with the Client Executive,
Project Managers and other associates (as needed and depending on engagement) to delivery services promised
based on agreed upon contracts, Statements of Work and time lines. Act as liaison to senior management for
Operations as well as hosted client needs.

Work with SMEs and Cupid build team to validate workflows and build training programs for invasive
and non-invasive Cardiology labs
Develop training curriculum and lesson plans for training staff to transfer knowledge to Cardiology
staff.
Manage, train and credential training staff to prepare them to conduct classroom and WebEx training.
Perform direct classroom and Web training for users as well as provide one-on-one training

Technical Lead 2008-2014
Client Hosting – Client Hosting Liaison for Data Center Operations to the following customers: North
Shore LIJ, Westchester Medical Center, Allscripts, Jewish Home Lifecare and recently added,
Streamline Health Inc. Creation, maintenance and revisions of all Data Center Operations Guidelines
for each as well as provide customer service for any/all requests. Develop detailed flowcharts for
problem and change management as it pertains to each individual engagement. Work with Client
Executive to complete LOEs, SLAs and interpret SOWs as needed.
Policy and Procedure – Create and document policy and procedure for the daily functions and rules set
forth by Data Center Operations as well as HIPAA regulations. These include Data Center Access,
Media Destruction (HIPAA compliance) and all documentation required for monitoring and operating
systems within the Data Center.
Change Management – Member of Change Advisory Board (CAB). Assistant and backup to the
Change Manager for all changes submitted for CAB review. Also act as compliance advisor to anyone
submitting change requests to ensure the safety and security of the Montefiore environment. Revise
documentation as needed at the request of the Change Manager,
Trainer/Subject Matter Expert - Created training materials, classes and exams to teach and test
students on Service Manager, MS Office Suite (2007, 2010), Sharepoint, HP Openview,
Manager – Function as Assistant Manager to Senior Manager and Manager of the Data Center to
enforce our policies and procedures in the best interest of our business for service delivery. Function as
Manager in the absence of either to manage Data Center Operators and supervisors as needed.
Sharepoint – Site owner (public and private) for creation and enhancement of Private and Public Data
Center Operations sites and posting of Data Center documentation.
CA Service Manager – Super User and trainer available to all associates in Emerging Health to include
incident and request creation, as well as change management processes.
Media Destruction –Developed HIPAA compliant destruction policy and process for all media
containing ePHI for Emerging Health, Moses campus and newly acquired Montefiore sites New
Rochelle, Mt. Vernon and Shaffer (formally Sound Shore).

Tandem System Analyst- Maintain and monitor HP Non-Stop hardware and LASTWORD application.
Documentation - Wrote separate operating and troubleshooting manuals for Montefiore and Bronx
Lebanon Non-Stop system.
Trainer/Subject Matter Expert - Created training materials, classes and exams to teach and test students
on Non-Stop systems (NAIMON, TACL, ViewSys, Offender,) PatCom, Prognosis and Remedy.
Leadership - Assist Data Center Senior Manager or Manager with managerial functions and duties for
all associates within the Data Center.
Infrastructure/Facilities – Created Visio Basic templates for standard cabinet design to effectively use
space for racking hardware. Saved many technicians from performing unnecessary and poorly-planned
work.

Help Desk Analyst – Creating incident tickets (IBM/Infoman), dispatching to assist/troubleshoot and
resolve problems as needed.
NCC technician – Monitor network, patch network MDF’s/IDF’s, run cable from device to device
(above and below raised floor), ping for network activity, assist senior technicians.
Senior Help Desk Analyst – Lead role in assigning incident tickets and dispatching to customers to
provide onsite services. Perform as escalation resource for problem resolution.
