Senior QA Test Analyst
Currently serving as Team Lead for CIS/SAP releases. Responsibilities include:
working with release management team to plan/assign/coordinate release items,
overseeing CIS testing team resources (both on and offshore), interfacing with
development team and business users, expediting resolution of any issues or
obstacles preventing us from meeting our deliverable deadlines.
Also functioning as a QA Tester on various internal AW projects (web
based/legacy/SAP systems). Responsibilities include: process flow analysis, test
case and script creation, creation of all required test documentation, and the
coordination of test team efforts in testing, defect tracking, and problem resolution.
