I believe I would be an ideal candidate for the position because of my college education and past experience. I am a recent graduate of Arts in Hospitality School in my home country of Ireland. I am seeking a career in the Hospitality Industry and I believe that this position would enable me to advance within the industry. I wish to work my way up by gaining as much first hand experience as I can within the industry.  Our college practical modules consisted of two Restaurant classes a week in the college training restaurant where we served lectures, students and regulars. Food served was of a fine dining standard in a state of the art production kitchen and produced by first and second year trainee chefs with both restaurant and kitchen staff working together and emulating real life industry practices and standards. 
 Our final restaurant class project was to plan, organise and run an event night of our chossing in which food, beverage and music was to be incorporated into a specific theme. This gave us the chance to put our theory modules to practice which included marketing, event planning, cost control and food & beverage operations.
