WORKING EXPERIENCE
• Volunteer Assistant Human Resource Practitioner – was working as a volunteer
Assistant human resource practitioner at the human resource department of
Windhoek central hospital for the period of six months (August 2010 till 31st
August 2011.
• This work involve:
1. Knowledge/interpretation and application of all applicable Acts; regulations;
delegations and public service staff rules.
2. Processing of – Appointments, pension admissions, withdrawals, leave /leave
gratuity, housing loan scheme, housing subsidy, allowances, medical aid scheme,
progress reports, transfers, translations, resignations, salary increments, salary
adjustments.
3. Do routine correspondence and handle enquiries in respect of the tasks mentioned
in paragraph 2.
4. Calculation of –Housing loan schemes, housing subsidies, salary increments.
5. Up keeping of personnel record cards.
6. Organizing own work.
• Administrative Officer – currently working as an Administrative Officer at the
ministry of Home Affairs and Immigrations at the Birth, Death and Marriage
department on a contract basis.
