A Study on Employees Absenteeism has a scope of learning and defining the objectives that needs to followed by the employees in order to complete the assigned work. Also, this study will help you learn the limitations by implementing the questionnaires of this problem. Important characteristics of Indian workers are that, they are in the habit of abstaining from work compared to workers of other countries. The rate of Absenteeism ranges from 4.3% to 44.8%.It also varies with the seasons in the year, the highest being during May, June of every year. The main reasons for absenteeism are sickness, accidents or maternity. These factors accounted for about 1.1 to 6.6%. Social and religious causes as high as 1.7% to14.2 %.Other causes like visiting villages for attending litigation, rest, and recreation account for 0.1% to17.5 % of total absenteeism. Absenteeism is directly effects on the progress of the country and as such the companies are facing a downward trend due to recession and all that are involved in the process are to be looked into. So I have selected this work at GO GO INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd., Hassan to identify the level of absenteeism and to facilitate the company to move in this direction and find some progressive results. Naturally organization has to look in to these aspects and need to find suitable remedial measures so that qualitative and quantitative progress can be achieved. In this present study Employees Absenteeism is analysed in depth.

Introduction
The Nokia company has a long history and has come a long way to the present day production and sale of the computers and other mobile gadgets. First, the company started as a convergence company between the years 1966-1967. Its primary operations were concerned with the works of rubber, electricity, energy, forestry, and cables. The cables department grew very fast, and the present day Nokia first operations are attributed to this. 20 years later, the company, expanded and included other items into its market, the items include; chemicals, floor covering, and television. It is in the year 1960s that the company decided to expand and support the Finnish cable works who thought of expanding its operations to the sales and production of computers. There is also the electronics division that was set up in the year 1960, and the primary role is the sales and marketing of the data center operation and the production of electronics. Electronics Division divided into two parts; one focused on selling party hardware and run the computer station, while the other was involved in R & D and production of its personal designs.
Nature of the Business
The character of the activity of the Nokia Company can trace back to the Department of Finish cable factory. The Nokia Company supplied large firms such as banks with the computers that were necessary for the ever growing business and administration needs. Besides, the companies also required the support of equipment system to manage the other operations, and the Nokia Company provided it. During the onset of Nokia as a supplier, sales and marketing agent of electronics, there was a great need for the computer center. To achieve that, the company shipped three computers, and from there, they developed their personal computers.
Information technology is closely related to the electrical equipment. The knowledge of one is fundamental to understanding the other. In 60 years’ time, the company began the manufacture of the mobile phones as a portable radio communication that developed in the department of electrical and later in the same time, the production continued as a joint venture with the Mobile. After that, cordless phones and other devices were designed and manufactured by the joint venture. In the year 1986, the new board of directors divided the company into three sectors: information systems, phones, and telecommunications. The company reached its peak in the year 1986 when it was involved in other 180 trade activities.

Earlier, the company‟s products had been uninspiring and undifferentiated. In the early 1990s, the
Group chairman, Kun-Hee Lee (Lee), initiated Samsung‟s transformation from a low-end OEM

Rubberized Coir Mattress Division, Poothakuzhi, Kottayam. It
started its operation in 2001 November. The project realized
with an investment of Rs.280 Million.
In a short span, RUBCO has successfully
introduced a wide range of fast moving rubber based product.
Today the RUBCO group has interest in rubber footwear,
casual shoes, cycle tyres and tubes, two and three wheeler
tyre, rubberized coir mattress process and rubber wood
furniture, block rubber and pale latex crepe, apart from
natural rubber trading.

Rubco RCM division is not yet fully tapped their 100%

10. FINDINGS
RUBCO is manufacturing eco-friendly products, making
sure that it does not cause any kind of harm to the
society. This had created is subsequent effect
regarding the goodwill of the company.
As a result of efficient monitoring and quality control at
every stages of production, wastages and rejections
are brought down.
Wage system is fair in RUBCO
Workers health and safety are given prime importance.
Labor turnover is very low.
11. SUGGESTIONS
RUBCO has to tap their 100% utilization of existing
machine capacity in order to tap market demand.
RUBCO has to adopt a strategy that would result in
lowering the production and distribution cost.
If the customers will be able make the orders online, the
company will be able to increase the sales, mainly abroad.
The company has to engage in production of variety products.
It has to add new product line thus widening its product
mix i.e., cushions and furniture upholstery.
The company has to make strengthen their supply chain
in other states, in order to tap the target market.
12. CONCLUSION
The rubberized coir mattress industry has a
great market in India. There are number of
mattress manufactures in the market who are
struggling hard to make an impact in the mind
of customers. Branded and unbranded
mattresses are there in the market,
unbranded ones are concentrated on the local
market. At present, mattress market has
become one of the most competitive markets
in India, which spend huge amounts of money
for advertisement and other promotional
