The Organizational Study was conducted to have a practical knowledge
about an organization, other than the classroom knowledge; First hand
information about “What really happens in an organization, what are the
different departments and their function”.
Need Of the Study
Health care sector is the one of the fastest growing sectors in India. Also
Hospital is one of the most complex structured organizations amongst all
industries at present because of IT revolutions, consumerism and specialization
in different fields, Hospital as an organization got new dimensions.
The study helped to have an overall understanding of the industry, the
organization, its departments and their functions.

To have a familiarity and practical experience with a reputed service firm.
To have first hand information about overall functions of the organization.

To understand how the key business process are carried out in the

5. Limitations of the Study
This study was mainly based on primary data obtained from the interviews
with managers and therefore there are chances of personal bias.
The top managements were reluctant to disclose matters related to the internal
affairs of the company. Due to the non availability of financial information,
evaluation of profitability and other related study was not possible
To understand the organization and its working, the period of one month was
not enough. So time was the most important limiting factor of the study.
Because of the busy working schedule of various department heads full
information can’t be gathered.

There should be some consideration regarding the remuneration
package.
Arrange more Training and development programs to all the
employees, like spoken English classes, and conducting seminars
about useful topics
Need proper time management for doctor’s consultation
