Coastal areas are experiencing large quantum of both solar
and wind energy.
By using high power winds , we can generate electricity, it partially
fulfill the needs of a township or village located in coastal areas.
By installing a modular mini electricity generating unit and also by
installation of medium sized wind mill plant.
 The main aim of the concept is used to avoid the manual
adjustment of the wind blade direction in the windmill. The wind
blades are rotated depends upon the availability of wind force.
 The wind blades are not rotated continuously because the air
flows in a various direction in a time by time so this time wind
blades are idle.
This project is used to optimize the idle time of the windmill and
produce the continuous power supply from the windmill.
 At present the wind mill contains the inbuilt turbine, generator
for electricity generation and it is transmitted to the transmission
line.
 It is installed only in the specific areas , such as slopes of a
mountain , hilly areas or high altitude regions, which is far away
located from the Residential areas .
power generated is totally depends on the power of wind , for the
initial rotation of wings huge amount of external applied potential
is needed, according to the direction of Motion of wind it cannot
alter the direction.
 Wind power is proportional to the cube of wind speed . Windmills of
different capacities are available in practice and being used.
In this project, we are implementing the mini micro mill, which is cost
effective and medium capacity supplying electricity to the the township
grids.A modular energy extracting unit working on wind energy is to be
installed in homes.
we need to have standard frequency of electric power given to some
sensitive household appliances the AC voltage from windmill is rectified
and the DC voltage is boosted up and charged in the accumulator
 Lead-free;
 Operating speed: 20 MHz, 200 ns instruction cycle .
 Operating voltage: 4.0-5.5V .
 Industrial temperature range (-40° to +85°C).
 15 Interrupt Sources.
 35 single-word instructions .
 All single-cycle instructions except for program branches (two-cycle).
 Flash Memory: 14.3 Kbytes (8192 words).
 Data SRAM: 368 bytes.
 Data EEPROM: 256 bytes.
 Self-reprogrammable under software control.
 In-Circuit Serial Programming via two pins (5V).
 Watchdog Timer with on-chip RC oscillator.
 Programmable code protection .
 Power-saving Sleep mode .
 Selectable oscillator options.
 In these we are using voltage regulator -78 &79 series(Vmax=35v dc).
operating temperature range (Tmax=70 degree c)
LM-7805 is used to provide supply to PIC and LCD display.
LM-7812 is used to provide supply to SMPS fan , signal conditioning
unit(SCU) ,stepper motor, wind mill stepper motor and Driver circuit.
 The main function of signal conditioning unit is to amplify
millivolts from the smps fan and give to the microcontroller.
It consists of dual op-amp,which is in cascaded
connection.
 It is a 16-bit two line display,consists of 15 pins.
It displays wind direction and maximum air velocity.
 Operating voltage=5v(DC)
There are two types of stepper motor a)unipolar
b)bipolar
 Computer-controlled stepper motors are one of
the most versatile forms of positioning systems,
particularly when digitally controlled as part of a
servo system.
 Power supply is a device that transfers electric power
from a source to a load using electronic circuits. Typical
application of the power supplies is to convert utility’s
AC input power to regulated voltage required for
electronic equipment.
 Inverter is the circuit ,which converts DC voltage into AC
voltage.
Which is used to give supply to home applainces.
 
 Unlike fossil fuel based electricity generators the modular
electricity generators do not cause pollution to the environment
The project carried out by us made an impressing task in the
field of electricity and windmill production department. It is used
to produce the current in windmill unit at different direction.
This project has also reduced the cost involved in the concern.
Project has been designed to perform the entire requirement
task which has also been provided.
Our project therefore proposes to produce clean energy
mainly from the residences of a coastally located township and
help reaching self sufficiency in generation and utilization of
electrical energy without demanding huge investment.

  • 2. Coastal areas are experiencing large quantum of both solar and wind energy. By using high power winds , we can generate electricity, it partially fulfill the needs of a township or village located in coastal areas. By installing a modular mini electricity generating unit and also by installation of medium sized wind mill plant.
  • 3.  The main aim of the concept is used to avoid the manual adjustment of the wind blade direction in the windmill. The wind blades are rotated depends upon the availability of wind force.  The wind blades are not rotated continuously because the air flows in a various direction in a time by time so this time wind blades are idle. This project is used to optimize the idle time of the windmill and produce the continuous power supply from the windmill.
  • 4.  At present the wind mill contains the inbuilt turbine, generator for electricity generation and it is transmitted to the transmission line.  It is installed only in the specific areas , such as slopes of a mountain , hilly areas or high altitude regions, which is far away located from the Residential areas . power generated is totally depends on the power of wind , for the initial rotation of wings huge amount of external applied potential is needed, according to the direction of Motion of wind it cannot alter the direction.
  • 5.  Wind power is proportional to the cube of wind speed . Windmills of different capacities are available in practice and being used. In this project, we are implementing the mini micro mill, which is cost effective and medium capacity supplying electricity to the the township grids.A modular energy extracting unit working on wind energy is to be installed in homes. we need to have standard frequency of electric power given to some sensitive household appliances the AC voltage from windmill is rectified and the DC voltage is boosted up and charged in the accumulator

  • 7.  Lead-free;  Operating speed: 20 MHz, 200 ns instruction cycle .  Operating voltage: 4.0-5.5V .  Industrial temperature range (-40° to +85°C).  15 Interrupt Sources.  35 single-word instructions .  All single-cycle instructions except for program branches (two-cycle).

  • 9.  Flash Memory: 14.3 Kbytes (8192 words).  Data SRAM: 368 bytes.  Data EEPROM: 256 bytes.  Self-reprogrammable under software control.  In-Circuit Serial Programming via two pins (5V).  Watchdog Timer with on-chip RC oscillator.  Programmable code protection .  Power-saving Sleep mode .  Selectable oscillator options.
  • 10.  In these we are using voltage regulator -78 &79 series(Vmax=35v dc). operating temperature range (Tmax=70 degree c) LM-7805 is used to provide supply to PIC and LCD display. LM-7812 is used to provide supply to SMPS fan , signal conditioning unit(SCU) ,stepper motor, wind mill stepper motor and Driver circuit.
  • 11.  The main function of signal conditioning unit is to amplify millivolts from the smps fan and give to the microcontroller. It consists of dual op-amp,which is in cascaded connection.
  • 12.  It is a 16-bit two line display,consists of 15 pins. It displays wind direction and maximum air velocity.  Operating voltage=5v(DC)
  • 13. There are two types of stepper motor a)unipolar b)bipolar  Computer-controlled stepper motors are one of the most versatile forms of positioning systems, particularly when digitally controlled as part of a servo system.
  • 14.  Power supply is a device that transfers electric power from a source to a load using electronic circuits. Typical application of the power supplies is to convert utility’s AC input power to regulated voltage required for electronic equipment.
  • 15.  Inverter is the circuit ,which converts DC voltage into AC voltage. Which is used to give supply to home applainces.

  • 17.    Unlike fossil fuel based electricity generators the modular electricity generators do not cause pollution to the environment The project carried out by us made an impressing task in the field of electricity and windmill production department. It is used to produce the current in windmill unit at different direction. This project has also reduced the cost involved in the concern. Project has been designed to perform the entire requirement task which has also been provided. Our project therefore proposes to produce clean energy mainly from the residences of a coastally located township and help reaching self sufficiency in generation and utilization of electrical energy without demanding huge investment.
