It operates one of the world's largest oil refineries located in Jamnagar, Gujarat with an annual revenue of over $66 billion. The refinery has a capacity of processing 580,000 barrels of crude oil per day. Accidents at RIL
• Two persons died following a fire incident at the Reliance Industry Ltd's (RIL)
refinery located in Jamnagar.
• This accident took place at the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) of the refinery.
• Two persons died and several others injured in an explosion at the hydrogen
plant of the Reliance Petroleum's refinery at Moti Khavdi in Jamnagar.
