to the pharmacological effect:
①Neuroleptics with primary sedative effect:
Chlorpromazine, Olanzapine.
②Neuroleptics with general antipsychotic effect:
Haloperidol, Risperidone, Clozapine.
③Neuroleptics with stimulating component:
Flupentixol.
9. Classificatoin of Tranquillizers:
①With sedative effect and drug dependence
(Diazepam, Phenazepam, Gidazepam).
②Without sedative effect and drug
dependence (Mebicar, Buspirone).
11. Side effects of antidepressants:
① Anticholinergic effects (dry mouth, constipation,
disturbance of accommodation, dysuria).
② Cardiovascular (tachycardia, hypotension).
③ Gastrointestinal (nausea, vomiting).
① Hematological (leukocytosis, leukopenia, eosinophilia,
thrombocytopenia).
② Central (sedation or agitation, dizziness, drowsiness or
insomnia, etc.).
③ Allergic reactions.
