1. The University of Queensland invested in developing an ePortfolio system to support longitudinal assessment of medical students across clinical placements. 2. Over the past two years, the university piloted the system and scaled up its use, connecting workplace-based assessments, reflections, and global placement evaluations. 3. An analysis of student usage identified areas for further investment in training, reporting, and support to ensure the ePortfolio achieves its goals of enabling better learning connections and producing intern-ready graduates.
