The speaker delivered a seminar on teaching where they discussed key points they learned about the teaching profession. They were thankful for the opportunity and guidance provided by their professor. Some important ideas discussed included that telling and testing students is not true teaching, teachers should be role models for future generations, and diagnosing students is an important function of teaching. Preparing for the seminar changed the speaker's perspective on the responsibilities of teachers.

1. Reflection on my Seminar<br />Today I deliver my seminar with great pleasure, I hope my way is good even very short time, first of all I thank to Dr. K. Chellamani madam to give this opportunity with lot of guidance with proper material. <br />While I prepare for the seminar, I met on lot of useful things such as precious words and definition given by experts related to function, concept, relation to other variable and need of teaching. In these, I most liked words are “telling and testing is not a teaching”. Secondly, teacher should be taking their profession as a choice for a role model of future generation otherwise if we take as chance it will be boredom to entire teaching profession. So my attitude is also changed by preparing this seminar. Because, very long I believed that teaching is imparting to something to somebody but this is my turn on diagnosing is very important function of teaching. I just judge to my self, for how should be I am as a teacher/ lecturer in future generation. <br />Once again, my sincere thanks to our madam to giving and inducing me in effective teaching through introducing advance educational technology such as slideshare, developmental assessment etc., .<br />
