Branch Manager for a new set up in Palapye. Management of the day to day business operations.
Human resource management.
Key accountabilities:
• Design and implement marketing strategies for the business.
• Manage the day to day cash flows.
• Stock monitoring, stock ordering and stock taking.
• Facilitate achievement of daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage human resources and enhance staff welfare.

The purpose of this role was to design, manage, monitor and evaluate programs aimed at
improving behavioural change in societies.

• Strengthen and establish Peer Approach to Counselling by Teenagers (PACT) clubs

• Conduct regional support visits
• Promote greater involvement of the girl and boy to drive the Gender Agenda

• Motivational speaking and public address on pertinent national issues.
