This document outlines the agenda for a 3-day regional technical seminar on implementing the GGRETA Project, which aims to improve governance of the Stampriet-Kalahari/Karoo transboundary aquifer shared by Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa. Day 1 focuses on introducing the project and starting data collection. Day 2 involves discussing available national data on climatic, geological, hydrogeological, environmental, socioeconomic, and legal/institutional factors. Day 3 addresses finalizing a work plan for ongoing data collection, processing, and harmonization efforts within the project. The overall goal is to facilitate cooperation between the three countries on sustainably managing the aquifer.
