This article review is over the case report Differential Diagnosis and Treatment in a
Patient with Posterior Upper Thoracic Pain, found in the Journal of the American
Physical Therapy Association. The purpose of this article case report is to propose
that CV/CT mobilization and active Trigger point release can be helpful in reducing
pain and increasing ROM back to functional limitations. Not only does this article

established in 1947 and has always aimed to being accessible for people with

living things with beneficial traits produce more off spring than others which
results in changes that allow an organism to better adapt to its environment can

included cleaning and preparing meals for the animals using expired produce
donated from local grocery stores. My work started with sorting the new shipments of
goods into categories and rotating them with the old, molding fruits and vegetables
that would get used in the evening. During meal preparation, I cut off the fuzzy,
moldy, slimy, and decomposing parts of the fruit and vegetables and put the
salvageable portions into foodbins for the horses, pigs, donkeys and sugar gliders,

anaerobic respiration using yeast by measuring the rate of fermentation and

Like many countries in turmoil, corruption is and has been a big part of Mexico s
political scene, especially with domestic criminal organizations such as the drug
cartels. Mexico s politicians have not only stolen public funds but they have also
made complicit agreements with multiple drug cartels. Mexico ranks No. 123 in
Transparency International s 2016 Corruption Perception Index, 25 spots lower than
the year before. Analysts say it s unclear whether corruption has gotten worse or
has merely become more visible because of transparency laws, journalists
increasingly uncovering graft and social media exposing politicians excesses
