stack comp increases of 18% sales and 10% rx growth with no new stores.
 Achieved company and market recognition for sales, profit and immunizations, named “Market Manager of the
Quarter” 3 times, and awarded “Market Manager of the Year” in FY12.
 Sam’s Pharmacy Division’s sole representative for Wal-Mart’s RPh on-boarding project in FY14.
 Sought out and selected to develop Sam’s Club Pharmacy’s Technician Certification Program.
 Achieved both rx and expense metrics while exceeding sales, profit and inventory in both FY12 and FY13.
 Devised OTC feature tracking process that realized sales increases across multiple markets in the pharmacy
division.
 Resolved errant phone charges to the pharmacy departments’ journals in FY12 that resulted with $43k in
expense savings for the market, $735k for the division, and prevented future charges.
 Covered two markets in FY12 involving oversight of multiple on-time pharmacy remodels, two successful club
openings and both markets leading the Clif Bar sales contest for the division.
 Established mentoring relationships resulting in an Optical Market Manager becoming a successful Pharmacy
Market Director and the current development of a Sr, Mgr. of Technology Services.
