Independent Consultant, 2013-Present. Manage concurrent engagements with Health Essentials, a full-
service regional healthcare organization, and Awakened Alternatives, a home health/home care agency.
Provided guidance on topics including business development, client integration, relationship management
and SNF program implementation.

Played a key role in growing revenues 33%. Recruited for a consulting engagement by a
skilled nursing/homecare firm that was searching for ways to increase sales and profits.
Developed and helped to implement a multipronged growth strategy with a business

Created a high-performance CRM solution for a startup. Engaged by Health Essentials to

2006-2007. Directed enterprise-wide organizational improvement initiatives, as well as day-to-day IT,

Managed budgets to $7M and staff to 30. Promoted from role as President of Molina Healthcare of
Indiana, 2002-2004.

Beat all targets in a health network startup. Molina wanted to expand, opening new
operations in Indiana. Led the startup from inception to launch. Directed government relations,
licensure and lobbying for state approvals and funding. Recruited staff and enlisted a provider
network comprising physicians, medical groups and hospitals. Exceeded revenue targets by
200% first year. Leveraged strong first-year performance to win state regulatory approval for a
7% increase in premium rates in year two.
