      Secured transactions including UCC and bank letters of credit: achieved credit
       loss ratio of 0.0001% while increasing sales and margin.
      Negotiated workouts with customers up to and including the CEO level:
       facilitated ongoing sales of $7 million on 10 day terms with debt reduction of $2
       million resulting in a margin of $382 thousand and positive cash flow.
      Managed and facilitated financing for 50 machine tool sales in excess of $18
       million with a margin of $5.4 million to a company which later filed bankruptcy
       without a loss.

   •   Uncovered, exposed and eliminated on-going leasing and financial fraud in excess
       of $2MM.

   •   Developed and conducted in house training module on letters of credit for 20
       credit decision makers.

   •   Member of cross functional team organized to implement a customized version of
       Oracle Receivable System. Project achieved annual savings of $2MM per year.

   •   Liaison between American staff and Japanese management achieving cross
       cultural respect.

   •   Key member team to develop training program for new credit executives

       Corporation and Sodick Inc. with total combined annual Sales of $75 million.

       parts and service billings.

Joint venture formed in 1989 between Unocal Corporation, a Fortune 500 petroleum
refining, marketing and exploration company and PDVSA Venezuela, the 5th largest
provider of hydrocarbons in the World.

   •   Managed credit and collection services covering a ten state region for product
       supply and commercial classes of trade; a seven state region for the marketer class
       of trade.

   •    Credit responsibility for $700 million annual sales and $45 million monthly
       receivables.

   •   Member of team that developed a risk model based on sound financial principles,
       which dramatically enhanced the consistency of credit decisions for the core
       business.

   •   Achieved credit loss ratio of just 0.0001% of $1.7 billion annual corporate sales.

   •     Managed credit and collection services for retail and commercial classes of trade
         in Arizona, Nevada and Southern California.

   •     Advanced from metropolitan credit responsibility for three distributers and 50
         retail accounts to responsibilities covering a three state region of 24 distributors
         and 300 retail accounts.

   •     Member of team responsible for centralizing the corporate credit function, which
         resulted in the closing of nine credit offices.

   •     Key member of team organized to develop training program for new credit
         department employees.

   •     Developed and conducted in-house training module on Bank Letters of Credit for
