Review and analyze credit reports, appraisals, titles, and financial statements to determine the degree of risk
involved in extending credit and final underwriting decisions. Assess and effectively manage risks associated
with the business objectives to ensure activities are in alignment with the branch’s and company’s risk
management framework. Evaluate critical risk factors including but not limited to: Net Disposable Income
(NDI), Loan-to-Value (LTV), Debt-to-Income (DTI), ATP, risk grades, etc.
• Generated more than $2 million in credit extension from 2014 – 2015 while simultaneously saving the
branch almost $250,000 in personal credit defaults.
