    Key Results:
        Assumed the role of senior lender for a community bank on short notice while under a regulatory
         order and facing a safety and soundness examination.
        Reduced loan loss provisions by over $2 million by negotiating with regulators and offering
         superior impairment analysis.

         critical to operate in a high-stress environment.
        Managed problem assets including developing workout strategies, preparing project budgets, and
         negotiating forbearance agreements, listing agreements, sales contracts, and leases.

RAVENSWOOD BANK — Chicago, IL
Premier small business and commercial real estate lender on the north side of Chicago.
President and Chief Lending Officer, August 2005 to August 2010
   Managed collection effort from 2008 through closing in August 2010. Recruited and managed workout
   professionals, attorneys, receivers, realtors, property managers and contractors. Completed busted lot
   subdivision and condo conversion projects. Developed innovative strategies to collect loans. Managed
   all lending activities and assisted with other banking activities including establishing a successful
   branch in Mt. Prospect and recruiting small business lenders to diversify the loan portfolio prior to the
   financial storm from 2005 to 2008.
   Key Results-Workouts:
      Played a key role in reducing non-performing loans by $59 million over six-quarters by using
       innovative programs, maintaining relationships with realtors, investors and collection
       professionals and negotiating forbearance programs, deeds in-lieu, short sales, leases and other
       transactions to maximize the return of principal to the bank. Developed “Prime The Pump”
       Program to convert busted non-performing, condo projects to performing assets.
      Reduced construction concentrations from $145 million to $55 million by completing projects,
       encouraging repayments and converting condo construction loans to performing, owner-occupied,
       single family loans through the innovative “Prime The Pump” Program.
      Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the
       organization during a time of crisis. Retained key staff members during a period of extreme
       uncertainty.
      Completed Cease & Desist Reporting Requirements & communicated with regulators.
      Interfaced with potential investors to determine risk and value of non-performing assets and the
       amount of investment required to adequately capitalize the bank.

Executive Vice President, 2000 to 2005                 Senior Vice President, 1996 to 1999
   Recruited to help open new bank branches in Chicago and Mt. Prospect in an effort to reduce
   construction and commercial real estate concentrations from 2001 to 2008. Opened new lending
   center and recruited staff and loan officers from 1999 to 2001. Guiding the startup and management of
   the lending operations, systems and programs for a de-novo bank from 1996 to 1999.
   Key Results:
      Key „rain maker‟ for the bank producing up to $40 million in annual loans with a personal portfolio
       of up to $100 million, not including loans originated, but managed by others. Most business
       obtained through personal networking and business referrals.
      Recruited, trained and grew staff from two people to 20 managing over $250 million in loans.
      Developed company‟s loan policies and procedures with few technical exceptions.
      Established and maintained excellent relationship with regulators.
PIONEER BANK. — Chicago, IL
Vice President-Division Manager, 1993 to 1996          Assistant Vice President, 1989 to 1992
   Managed the five-person commercial real estate division with an $80 million loan portfolio. Handled all
   workouts and reported results to the President weekly. Appointed to the Total Quality Management
   Commercial Loan Process Improvement Team.
   Key Results:
      Key „rain maker‟ for the bank producing up to $10 million in annual loans with a personal portfolio
       of up to $50 million.
      Assisted with implementation of Total Quality Management as TQM Train the Trainer and process
       improvement team member.

President and Chief Lending Officer, August 2005 to August 2010 Managed collection effort from 2008 through closing in August 2010. Recruited and managed workout professionals, attorneys, receivers, realtors, property managers and contractors. Completed busted lot subdivision and condo conversion projects. Developed innovative strategies to collect loans. Managed all lending activities and assisted with other banking activities including establishing a successful branch in Mt.
