PARKER HANNIFIN INDIA PVT. LTD- SSD Drives Division and 4 more years for SIEMENS Ltd.

Working Responsibilities
 Monitoring of Functionality testing of ACS 800, ACS850, ACS 550, ACS M1, Soft starters, DSU, TSU,
ISU, DCS 800 Drives panels.
 Conducting functional tests, No load and load tests (Combined full load tests), Short
circuit tests, Heat run tests, Earth fault tests on the drive panels and Megger (IR) tests,
HV Tests on the panels.
 Preparing of necessary arrangements for special type tests.
 Preparing of daily work schedule as per the work load.
 Monitoring of customer inspections.
 Ensuring the complete testing process in line with IEC61800-2.
 Communicating and controlling of AC & DC drives with PC by using DRIVE WINDOW
and DRIVE WINDOW LIGHT, DRIVE STUDIO, DRIVE AP, software and PLC.
Communication through PROFIBUS, MODBUS and Co De sys (Ver2.3) and Control
Builder 2.2.0V Software.
 Preparing of Routine test process instruction for new products and components.
 Preparing of Quality approved plan, Factory acceptance test procedures based on the customer requirement
furnished in PO.
 Coordinating with Planning and Production dept. in Preparing of monthly revenue draft plan.
 Monthly review of COPQ, MOMA, CCRP and FMEA with Quality dept.

 Auditing and approving the new vendors and components.
 Conducting tests at CPRI, ETDC for different type test approvals like ACBs, Insulators, Busbars, IP
Protection classes etc...
 FPY(First Pass Yield) review with subcontractor , Production, Electrical & Mechanical design teams.
 Line rejection analysis and corrective action.
 Warranty claiming and tracking of faulty modules, failed during testing.
 Scheduling of Calibration for various measuring equipment and tools.
 Monitoring of employee skill matrix, preparing of Training matrix schedule.
 Monitoring of 5S and Safety at LV Drives test field.
 Issuing of Routine test certificates and Guarantee certificates.
