• Contribution in REVA I Project
 Reva Air-Condition: In this project we have developed a mounting setup for air
condition in Reva. This mounting setup includes fitment of motor, compressor,
condenser and blower assembly. In this project my work is to fabricate and welding
the brackets as per the drawing given by the R&D.
 Development of Prototype of Reva 4 Seated Car, from the two seated Reva chassis,
which involved a major modification in the chassis.
 Fine tuning of front and rear seat mounting systems.
 Outer Panels bonding as per design requirements.
 Fabrication jobs of chassis and other sub-assemblies.
 Integration of Independent Cooling System: In this project our aim is to reduce the
motor temperature by increasing the motor cooling by providing independent motor
to run the impeller in the motor output airflow path for improving better cooling
Involved in the development and prototyping of new Rear-Hatch locking system,
which eliminated the hatch noise.
 I was one of the members to present the Reva Fuel Cell Car in the DRDO
exhibition conducted in New Delhi
 Involved in the development of Hand Break and Hand Accelerator System for
Handicapped people.

4.  One of the team members in the development of Reva Series Hybrid Vehicle.
 Involved in the development of Reva Zephyr, the first Convertible Car made by
Reva. I was also involved in the development of Convertible mechanism for this car.
 Involved in the fabrication of Reva Mini-Bus, which runs on two motors. I have also
involved in the fabrication of the gearbox, which could accommodate two drive
motors.
 Development of Mini Electric truck, in which my part is making fitment for battery
pack and power transmission system from motor to the differential.
 Involved in converting a Vintage Ford Taurus car to a purely a Electric, Belt Driven
System car. This car uses multiple motors and a gearbox which can accommodate
both the traction motors
• Vehicle Testing and Benchmarking
 Fabrication of Test Rigs for wiper motors, Accelerator/brake pots, Direction
switches, Drive axles, Salt-spray tests and other component test rigs, which requires
very high accuracy and precision.
 Conducted Certification & Homologation Tests at ARAI, Pune & VRDE, and
Ahmednagar development.
 Completed 1000 km at Pave Test Track at National Centre of Automotive Testing
at VRDE, Ahmednagar for New Model of Reva.
 Numerous Vehicle level Tests like High Speed Handling, Braking and Acceleration
