Bio-data : I am a mechanical engineering graduate from B.I.T
Mesra. I joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 2010 as a graduate
engineer trainee. I was working in the product development
division of M&M as design engineer before joining XIMB.

research to get Industry
picture and competitor
position
I will tabulate all the
customer complaints
into data format and
then using quality
control tools will find
the most persistent
problem
I will see the whole
process across the
supply chain to find the
sources of persistent
problems found in data
analysis
Then I will formulate the
solutions for the
Problem using
secondary research and
analytical reasoning.
