Current Position: manufacturing technical supervisor
I am one of the VNAT early involvement team manufacturing
equipment specialists at Epoxy and cure module. I got 9 month training
at Kulim, Malaysia. During this training I got many level two of
machine such as: Asymtek, Tiros, BlueM, Hirata, HTs…
I came back Viet Nam to roam up factory after that I coached for many
technicians to operate tool, procedure, do preventive maintenance. I
inspire my working spirit and leadership to my team, As a result, my
team excellently delivers the output, less quality issues, no safety issue
and increase the machine availability.
All my contribution was recognized in site recognition with two times
peer trainer idol on 2010 and 201, role model and many times
department award in my company.
On July 2011, I promoted to corrective maintenance advance after I
involved lever three training at Singapore. I coach lever two Tiros
training for technician at Intel Vietnam. I had performed equipment
maintenance and improve maintenance process. I coach A3 problem
solving for CMB during fixing issue.
I do some progress to improve machine ability and reduce the cost such
as Tiros refurbishment, tray refurbishment, motor refurbishment, change
dispensing process …. All of them were recognized by department.
I arrange resource and schedule to do maintenance, sustain links to
improve machine ability, delivery output max…
2. I encouraged technician making improvement, usually remind technician
follow spec, consistently Intel standard, LOTO procedure.
I cooperate with technical training to schedule training for CMB, build
the pipeline for them to speed up there task. I assess technician
competency during focal.
For my carrier development, I transfer to Test department with
manufacturing technical supervisor on 2013. I manage performance of
20 equipment specialist. I coach them using MBPS and A3 to fix
problem, manage WIP in production floor, collaborate with many stack
holder to ensure all links running smoothly, no quality, safety issue. I
manage tool performance and ES competency.
I involve LEAN and do KAIZEN to reduce waste and improve
productivity.
I set the expectation and manage their performance, closely monitor
them, timely trigger and coaching. I review their performance every
quarter. Receiving their feedback to improve myself and team.
