the shop.
 My role alsoinvolved missing part tracking for all of Body Weld in BW, Paint, and Assembly.
 I was alsorequired to coach T/M’s on Standard Work and implement countermeasures to ensure good
quality to our customers.
Pilot Quality Group Team Leader 2014-2015
 Served as missing parts T/L from Sept. 2013-Feb. 2014
 Quality Pilot T/L involved in new model launch of model year 2015 Camry, 2016 Venza, and 2016 Avalon.
 Role of Pilot T/L to ensure Quality Confirmation of new model activity: create parts and weld books,
robot/vendor/process quality buyoff, ensure dimensional quality of new parts changes, manage T/M’s, and
coordinate activity with production groups.
Pilot Quality Group Leader Nov. 26 2015-Present
 Role as Pilot Quality Group Leader is to schedule quality planning for new model research and
implementation
 Responsible for all quality aspects of bodyweld assembly. To highlight potential problems and
organize countermeasure activity
 Coordinate ECI tracking and implementation for current and future models at TMMK for Body Weld
 Monitor KPI’s for Body Weld Pilot to ensure company Hoshin requirements are met
