WHO WOULD BE THE
AUDIENCE FOR YOUR MEDIA
PRODUCT?
LOOKING BACK AT RESEARCH.
   When going back over
    the target research that
    we carried out, we were
    able to fully recognise
    the audience that would
    be most interested in our
    movie clip.
   We established the type
    of movies that this
    screen shot of our target
    research from amazing
    was showing. The
    movies that had been
    bought from the action
    genre, all had similar
    action features, therefore
    this helped us
    incorporate these
    features into our clip and
    attract the perfect
    audience for it.
MORE RESEARCH.
   This screen shot shows
    the questionnaire that we
    created, then handed out
    to people interested in
    action movies of various
    ages.
   We were able to ask
    different questions to pick
    the brains of our potential
    target audience, finding
    out different information
    that causes them to take
    interest in action movies
    and what type of audience
    we were going to be
    dealing with.
WE CONCLUDED.

 Adding all information together gathered
various methods of target audience research, my
group partner and I were able to conclude that
the type of audience we would aim our movie
clip at would people aged 15 and over, typically
mostly male, and interested in exciting blood
pumping action movies. We had to consider the
age certificate for our movie clip, due to most
action movies containing scenes of violence,
strong language and sex scenes.

MORE RESEARCH.  This screen shot shows the questionnaire that we created, then handed out to people interested in action movies of various ages.  We were able to ask different questions to pick the brains of our potential target audience, finding out different information that causes them to take interest in action movies and what type of audience we were going to be dealing with.
  • 4. WE CONCLUDED. Adding all information together gathered various methods of target audience research, my group partner and I were able to conclude that the type of audience we would aim our movie clip at would people aged 15 and over, typically mostly male, and interested in exciting blood pumping action movies. We had to consider the age certificate for our movie clip, due to most action movies containing scenes of violence, strong language and sex scenes.
