 A QR code is a 2-D barcode, that can be scanned by a Smartphone
camera, and transfer information.
 Standard Bar Codes store about 20 digits, QR Codes store up to a
max of 4296 characters
 The information encoded can be

 Text
 URL

( In GSA Auctions, a user could scan the QR code for an Auction Item, and then be able to follow that auction
via the Saved l ink. )
