By creating a music magazine, the author learned to use several technologies including Prezi, Photoshop, Slideshare and Page Plus. These programs enabled the author to develop skills like editing photos, adding images and fonts, and showing the development and changes made to the final product. While some programs like Photoshop were difficult to learn at first, over time the author gained proficiency in using the technologies and applying features like effects, mastheads and convergence links to make the magazine look professional for the intended audience.

2. During the making of my music magazine I have used a
range of different technologies such as Prezi, Photoshop,
Slideshare and Page Plus. This enabled me to gain a set of
skills to show my progress and my final product. For Prezi
and Slideshare I used this to show the development of my
media product. It also shows the changes that I made in
order for my product to look professional and suit the needs
of my target audience.

3. When making my front cover I used Photoshop to edit my
photos and to make it organised. By editing my photos it
improved the look of them and to make it look realistic as if
I was publishing a real magazine. Photoshop helped me
make my masthead and to insert my convergence links.
However, it was difficult for me to use Photoshop in the
beginning as I had no knowledge of how to use the
technology. Overtime, I managed to learn skills on how to
edit my photos, insert certain images and to add effects.

4. On Page Plus I manage to add the font and images onto my
media product. I also included box outs to make my cover
lines stand out within the magazine. It also enhanced my
magazine by using multiple colours to make it stand out and
for my target audience to see it bold and vibrant. Page Plus
helped me type up my main article for my double page
spread.
