What is Social Media? According to Wikipedia, social media is the use of electronic and Internet tools to share and discuss information and experiences with other people.  Social media tools include: networking sites, blogs, microblogs, vlogs, podcasts, forums, wikis, picture/video/music sharing sites, instant messaging applications, and RSS feeds.
Who is using social media? According to Forrester’s 2008 Social Technographic Profile, three out of four U.S. adults use web technologies and tools to connect with people and share information.
