Ukraine has transformed its public procurement system from one seen as synonymous with corruption to an e-procurement system considered one of the best in the world. Key reforms included establishing a central public database called ProZorro to enable online transactions and store procurement data publicly, requiring anonymous competitive auctions, and developing partnerships between government, civil society, and commercial platforms to oversee, monitor, and support the system.
