Your action is restricted in the field of consultation and conference
it is means your leverage is a not for profit organization. You are not make trade, commerce...profit..you are a
support function
You can train (unformal training such as empowerment), network, give feed-back, regulate activities, participate
to meeting process, or decision making...) Otherwise, if you are not following thes rules you are your own boss,
and you are not following Business Innovation Research Development rules.
Our framework is the water sector. As climate change will impact on atmospheric and hydrology elements. Your
are likely to intervene in the framework of consulting and conference on the SDG related to water in the
atmosphere and on the ground (subsurface, underground).
So, it is a huge scale of intervention from education to prototyping or implementing project according to your
group expertise.
Living being are almost made only with water. So, you can imagine than food security, healthy life, wellbeing in
linked to water, quality and volumes...So, which types of supply chains, you can select issues that are creating
barriers to attainmenent of SDG

pandemics, unemployment, growth....housing, poverty
Look at the global UN framework to see how the UN strategy is
penetrating at national, local levels. What are the barriers to prototyping or
implementing global goals...
So, I think you have an awarness with my personal projects, which is a pro-poor
production method with low cost. So, it will cover this 17 SDG (and a limited

Acceleration can only come if you are building something (supply chain, strategy...). If you are just
making Bla Bla Bla....
You are not going to change or take action. At some point, in time or in the geography, you need to
take a risk....
If you are not taking a risk...there will be no change. Only status Quo.
Today, in precarious life, or resistance to change, vulnerable organizations...it is better to produce
with a project and ensure that your project is legal...The most difficult to change is the resistance to
change....Resistance to change are huge in cities. So, you need to organize and network in an
intelligent manner, to reduce the rsistance to change. Look for the responsible stakeholders, that can
provide the leverage.
In the periphery, (far from cities, it much easier to change).
So, if you start to change far from city center it will be quick, then you will slow down in cities
If you start in cities, it will be difficult, and if you arrive, it can go quickly in the countryside.

11. Covid 19, was also an opportunity for the stakholders to regorganize the power centres in the world,
by closing borders, in order to accelerate or slow down the progress according to their own national
interests.
If you look at OECD, there is a metric, where it is shown how many years will be necessary for a
country to return to pre-pandemic growth. According to OECD, USA and Korea are already back to
pre-pandemic, while for Europe it is likely to be not before 2025 and other countries maybe longer.
So, you need to do your own work and not worrying to large or national organization except when
you are intergrating your own action with a plan, project, actions over the 3 next coming months. You
will be already able to know where you will be by 2030.
Ensure that your project is sustainable, or you can find supports after 3 months. Ensure that you
have resources to meet these challenges.
The more important for the project success is discipline, regularity...good health, physical
stamina...knowing what you want to make for the peace, security, prosperity, healthy life, ecology,...
You are your own change maker, but you will see that when you will be on the move (in action) the
crowd of the world will meet you, because of your motivation and what you are representing to them.
Do, not get adventurous. prepare from A to Z. Before acting. You need already to see where you are
going, the road map and the project feasibility. At the same time, you do not need to have a project
100% complete, because project risks can happen everyday, everywhere...you just need to organize
with your planning so you can move backwards

12. that you goal is possible and maximize your focus on this goal
you can build teams to take action with you or to help you for mobility and displacement
that you can anticipate problems and project bottleneck
that you/organization can look for security and safety
a planning for 3 months (day, week, month)
that if you cannot make it, you are able, to abandon, create new project, diversify, go to retirement. Stop the
project.
Also, from time to time visit the World Trade Organization website and the US Senate website (iwth the Vice president
decision making). The changes can occur also there
