In this proposal we want to make this English week as fun and entertaining as it can be. The students will be doing a series of activities that are fun and they will learn from it. We will be working with the students from third grade to sixth grade. They will have one activity per day.Presentation letter
AproachThe grades that we will be working on are from third to sixth grade.Our purpose is for them to learn in a fun way.The impact we will have on them is that they will have a fun but educational week instead of taking boring classes.
Goals: For the students to learn vocabulary and pronunciation while having fun, and to make them use their minds.Objectives: To complete this goals we will have a series of activities for the students to learn and have fun at the same time.Description
Monday 3rd-4th: They will have a fruit show. Volunteers will have to dress up like a fruit or at least look like one and the other students will have to guess which fruit is it.Example: apple, banana, grapes, watermelon, orange, etc. Activities
Monday 5th-6th: They will have to complete puzzles.Each student will be given a puzzle for them to complete.Example: animal puzzle, place puzzle, etc.Activities
Tuesday 3rd-4th: They will have a spelling bee contest.Each student will be given a word to spell correctly.Example: one, blue, book, etc.Activities
Tuesday 5th-6th:They will have a spelling bee contest.Each student will be given a word to spell correctly.Example: police, backpack, soccer, notebook, etc.Activities
Wednesday 3rd-4th: They will have a scavenger hunt.All of the students will receive a list of things that they have to find in an appointed time.Example: 1 leaf, 1 stick, 1 piece of grass, etc.Activities
Wednesday 5th-6th: They will have a scavenger hunt.All of the students will receive a list of things that they have to find in an appointed time.Example: 5 leafs, 3 sticks, 4 pieces of grass, etc.Activities
Thursday 3rd-4th: They will have a karaoke day.The students will sing along a couple songs.Example: Hanna Montana, Justin Bieber, Jonas Brothers, etc. Activities
Thursday 5th-6th: They will have a game day.The student will play thinking games.Example: checkers, monopoly, stop, life, etc.Activities
Friday 3rd-4th: They will have a movie day.The students will watch movies.Example: The Incredibles, Monsters inc., Toy Story, etc. Closing Activity
Friday 5th-6th: They will have a movie day.The students will watch movies.Example: Shark Tale, Bolt, Ice Age, Kung Fu Panda, etc.Closing Activity
