Group 1 (The DRAMATISTS)
Scenario:
In your class, all of you except Anna,
are already using Facebook as a means of
communication. Perform a skit
encouraging her to create her own
Facebook account.
Group 2 (The Artists)
Scenario:
You are promoting an advocacy on
the prevention of teenage pregnancy.
Make a poster and slogan that will win
the emotion of your audience.
Group 3 (The Singers)
Scenario:
Your school is invited to represent
Kabankalan City in the Regional Tourism Week.
Compose and perform a jingle promoting
Kabankalan as the “Rising City of the South”.
(Emphasize Kabankalan as the focal point of your
jingle through repetition)
Criteria:
Group 1 (The Dramatists) Group 2 (The Artists) Group 3 (The Singers)
Content Relevance (30%) – the
presentation is related to the situation
given.
Language Mechanics (pronunciation,
enunciation, diction, tone, volume)
(25%) – there is correct pronunciation,
tone, enunciation, diction, and volume
in delivering their presentation.
Creativity (20%) – there is uniqueness in
creating the skit.
Facial Expression (15%) – emotions are
clearly evident.
Stage Presence (10%) – shows
confidence and mastery in delivering
the skit.
Content Relevance (40%) – presentation
of information is in-depth,
comprehensive and strongly adheres to
the theme.
Creativity (30%) – exhibit excellent use
of effects, styles, and artistry to enhance
the content.
Presentation (30%) – attractive and
visually appealing to the audience.
Content Relevance (30%) - the
presentation is related to the situation
given.
Creativity (25%) – there is uniqueness in
creating the jingle.
Choreography (25%) – there is
synchronization of movements.
Harmony (15%) – blending of different
voices is observed.
Stage Presence (5%) - shows confidence
and mastery in presenting the jingle
Bandwagon
•It is a propaganda wherein large group of
people are using the product.
•It aims at persuading people to do a
certain thing because many other people
are doing it.
•No reason or logic is used.
Emotional Appeal
•It is a propaganda technique wherein
it contains words or actions that will
make the consumer feel strongly about
someone or something are used.
Repetition
• It is when the product name is repeated many
times during an advertisement.
• This technique may use a jingle, which is
appealing to the masses and fits into their
minds.
• It uses repeated messages or pictures to
persuade
Group Activity
Group 1
Create a 1 minute advertisement
using the Bandwagon technique.
Group 2
Create a 1 minute advertisement using
the Emotional Appeal technique.
Group 3
Create a 1 minute advertisement
using the Repetition technique.
Criteria
• Content Relevance (30%) – the presentation is related to the
propaganda technique given.

Direction: Using the video presentations, complete the table by
