STRENGTHS – What are your strengths in completing this project? Why is your idea a
good one?
Is it important that the website I am creating has plenty of strengths
therefore I havedesigned the websiteto run very well. For example, I have
made surethe website is very easy to navigate around while using. While on
the websitethere will be a navigated bar along the top, if you click on this all
the tabs you can view will pop up making it easier to get to.
Another big strength of the website is that it can be accessed from a
computer, tablet or mobile phone. This will let the website reach a wider
range of users and can be more accessible.
Another reason the website will gain and keep a lot of its viewers will be
because it will be updated a few times a month when it is published. For
example new photos, videos and surveys willbe added to the website, this
will make people intrigued about the new content.
WEAKNESSES – What are your weaknesses in relation to this project? What do you still
need to learn in order to complete it?
I think the biggest task I have faced when creating this website is the fact I’ve
never designed my own website, that’s why I done someresearch before
beginning my website. I also watched many tutorials to help me gather ideas
for my design. Another important task I might strugglewith is keeping my
website up to date and keep adding fresh content, my websitewill get new
content such as pictures, videos and much moreevery few weeks.
OPPORTINITIES – When might you learn new skills to aid the completion of your project?
Are there opportunities to get other people involved/collaborate?
The biggest new skill I had to learn for this projectwas website design, to
learn this skill I simply justwatched a lot of tutorials on Youtube, this helped
me get a general idea and learn the basics for creating a website. I also
gathered a few big well known websites to study and analyze, doing this
helped a lot it helped give me a good idea of what features would make my
website succeed.

2. THREATS – What might stop you from completing your project?
I think the biggest threat while creating the website will be running out of
ideas, for example I could run out of content to add to the website this is
why all the research was so important. I will also will need to be Imaginate
while doing this, my website needs to be different to all the other ones out
there this is known as the USP.
