Specifically designed for tissue applications, the crepe blade, along with the Yankee against which it operates, is the heart of the process.
The doctor holder uses a special pneumatic loading arrangement to load the blade against the Yankee cylinder and has a “flexible finger” type backing. The mechanical lock prevents collision of the holder with the cylinder when there is no blade in place. For certain applications and upon request, a stiff holder can be substituted.
Angle adjustment
The doctor assembly is adjustable for different applications and end product properties. The entire assembly can be rotated on the assembly journal by means of a jacking bolt that changes the position of the assembly relative to the loading cylinder stroke.

- 3. Evaporator Section: Design will be prototyped in Sketch-Up. Then these sections could be manufactured individually at cheap cost. Cloth Section: We will be using simple cotton cloth. (Non-dyed white)

Material Required Specification 1 Pebbles/Gravels Section: (8-16 mm) This layer is able to capture the bio- impurities like algae from the water. 3 Fine Sand Section: (125-250 um) This layer purifies the water from the physical impurities of smaller sizes. 5 Charcoal Layer: This layer is inculcated to remove the smell form the water along with some chemical impurities. 2 Coarse Sand Section: (1-2 mm) This layer helps to eliminate physical impurities of a particular size range. 4 Ceramic Layer: This layer is manufactured by baking ceramic clay with rice husk inside the dough. Therefore, after heating, pores will be formed in the layer. This pore helps to eliminate impurities from the water
- 5. Maintenance Work 1) The purifier will be requiring maintenance scheduling in period of 6 months. 2) Manpower required for setup & maintenance is limited to two only.
