PURPOSE AND BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
We treat contaminated water specific to meet with Regulation Government of Indonesia (GOI) as
stipulated on PERMENKES 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 and refer to WHO Guideline for
Drinking Water Quality Standard.
The Business Objective is to treat the raw water from surface and ground water and meet the the
environmental regulations and to reduce the pollutant parameter. By developing this project,
COMPANY can improve the relationship with local authorities, increase the quality of water,
environmental and safety in conducting current business, which meet or exceed the expectations of
community, business partner and the local community.
OUR CAPABILITY AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
Capable of providing professional engineering and environmental services in a wide range of
areas. A list of these capabilities follows:
Treatment process evaluation and optimization
Residuals treatment, transport and disposal
Project Management - from simple to complex projects including performance based Design
Build Operate (DBO) Contract Management.
Specification Preparation and Tender Assessment
Operation and Maintenance Assessment and optimization
Wastewater Strategic Planning
Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project
This presentation contain is just for a reference, all detail specification and
capability of the technology will be explain detail after site visit permitted then we
should collect the all data in the field including taking sample of the raw water
first.

Minor, Major Maintenance and Spare Part Availability
Minor Maintenance
1 hour everyday routine maintenance for backwash and cleaning in place
(CIP) for filtration unit, no need additional costs
MAJOR Maintenance
24 hours every 18-24 month for replace filter media and/or replace the
membrane for filtration unit and additional material costs (the period depend
on pollutant concentrated the raw water
Spare part Availability
We provide and carry fast moving part for pump, media filter, etc like gasket,
seal, activated carbon and silica sand.
FLOW PROCESS
BASIC THEORY
1. SCREENING (PRE – TREATMENT)
Screening is a process of filtering or sorting of pollutant.
The raw water goes into main process that containing
solids or sludge that is not more than 40% of
waste/contaminant content.
2. ADVANCE OXIDATION PROCESS (PRIMARY I)
Ozone Generator unit serves to change the symbol of pure
oxygen O², who is derived from Oxygen concentrator the fox
became a symbol Ozone with O³. This unit for oxidation
process
3. SAND & CARBON FILTER (PRIMARY II)
Serves to adsorb rest of sludge formed while
absorbing gases still dissolved in the
waste/water such as phenol, H2S, Ammonia
and even color.
4. ULTRAFILTRATION (SECONDARY I)
Process-based filtering membrane with pores
1/100 micron. Serves to reduce TSS and
Turbidity so that the water that comes out will
produce a low turbidity value of about 1 to 0.1
NTU.
5. REVERSE OSMOSIS (SECONDARY II)
As with ultra filtration membranes based
Reverse osmosis is also a technology-based
membrane with pores smaller micron is 1/1000.
With such a small density of the RO membrane
is able to reduce the mineral content in the
water up to 95%.
The semi permeable membrane just skip atoms
and molecules are very small such as water
molecules, small organic molecules, and gas.
Hydrated ions or ions dissolved in the water
surrounded by water molecules, are not able to
pass through the membrane.
6. DISINFECTION (TERTIARY)
Process to kill microbes that have been fully
processed water is safe for consumption. Safe
disinfectant used for water treatment processes
are ultraviolet or ozonation.
Unlike the use of chlorine, UV works by
stopping the reproduction of bacteria, viruses
and protozoa when exposed to wavelengths of
UV light between 200 and 300 nanometers.

  • 11. 4. ULTRAFILTRATION (SECONDARY I) Process-based filtering membrane with pores 1/100 micron. Serves to reduce TSS and Turbidity so that the water that comes out will produce a low turbidity value of about 1 to 0.1 NTU. 5. REVERSE OSMOSIS (SECONDARY II) As with ultra filtration membranes based Reverse osmosis is also a technology-based membrane with pores smaller micron is 1/1000. With such a small density of the RO membrane is able to reduce the mineral content in the water up to 95%. The semi permeable membrane just skip atoms and molecules are very small such as water molecules, small organic molecules, and gas. Hydrated ions or ions dissolved in the water surrounded by water molecules, are not able to pass through the membrane.
  • 12. 6. DISINFECTION (TERTIARY) Process to kill microbes that have been fully processed water is safe for consumption. Safe disinfectant used for water treatment processes are ultraviolet or ozonation. Unlike the use of chlorine, UV works by stopping the reproduction of bacteria, viruses and protozoa when exposed to wavelengths of UV light between 200 and 300 nanometers.
