microcontroller, this project use the principle of Space Multiplexing. This propeller display is
mechanically scanned and displays the characters in digital format. Made from scrap it can be
used anywhere and everywhere and the most amazing fact about this display is its crystal clear
display. This display consists of just 7 bright LEDs which are rotated to show the display. For
building this project, requirement is just a small 20 pin microcontroller, a position encoder, and
LEDs. This display can show the messages, which will require a whopping 525 LEDs. So
hardware and cost minimization is achieved.

ATmega32 Controlled “Persistence of Vision” DisplayUday Wankar
This paper explains the project which includes design and fabrication of a display based on Persistence of
vision. The objective of the project is to create virtual display in air. A class of display device described as
"POV" is one that composes an image by displaying one spatial portion at a time in rapid succession (for
example, one column of pixels every few milliseconds). A two-dimensional POV display is often accomplished
by means of rapidly moving a single row of LEDs along a linear or circular path. The effect is that the image is
perceived as a whole by the viewer as long as the entire path is completed during the visual persistence time of
the human eye. A further effect is often to give the illusion of the image floating in mid-air. For building this
project, requirement is just a small 40 pin microcontroller, a position encoder, and SMD LEDs.

Because, excel formatted reports is very easy to understand the income and expense of the college bus. This application is mainly develop for windows operating system users. In 2017, 73% of people enterprises are using windows operating system. So the application will easily install for all the windows operating system users. The application-developed size is very low. The application consumes very low space in disk. Therefore, the user can allocate very minimum local disk space for this application.

Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.

3. ABSTRACT
Propeller LED Display is a special kind of circular LED display. The cost of project is less
effective by means of some mechanical assembly, less LED count, and hardware. Also,
maintenance and repairing of the display is easy, that anyone having a little electronics
knowledge, can take care of this. All the synchronizing can be implemented via software.
This propeller display will be mechanically examined and shows the characters in advanced
arrangement and data to be shown can be either fed by assembly level program or by an
android application using Bluetooth. With the help of Bluetooth module HC05 we can
display any text via android application (Arduino Bluetooth Terminal). This propeller
comprises of only 8 red LEDs which are arranged on to demonstrate the display. For building
this project, necessity is only microcontroller, a position encoder, and LEDs. This display
can demonstrate the messages, which will require 8 LEDs. So equipment and cost
minimization is accomplished. This project is very unique and made using the 20-pin 8051
series microcontroller. The project work on the principle of “Persistence of vision”. The
propeller display is mechanically scanned and displays the characters in digital format. The
most imaging task about the propeller display is its crystal clear display. This display consists
of just 8 bright LEDs which is capable of showing display. This project was started with a
simple principle which is frequently encountered in our everyday life (Persistence of Vision).
The phenomenon makes one feel that fast moving/changing objects to appear continuous,
which it move on a single axis. A television is a common example, in which image is re-
scanned every 25 times, thereby appear continuous. Further, a glowing object if rotated in a
circle at fast speed, it shows a continuous circle. By modifying this basic idea, 8 LEDs can
be rotated in a circle, showing 8 concentric circles. But if these LEDs are switched at precise
intervals, a steady display pattern can be shown. The Propeller LED Display is an electronic
device which has a series of LEDs on board that rotate with the help of a motor to give an
illusion of any text. This requires a DC motor which rotates the PCB connected to it with
sufficient speed soas to create the illusion. The LEDs are connected to a microprocessor
PIC16C84 or 16F84 which is so programmed to switch ON and OFFthe LEDs in a sequence
and with a time delay to approximately match with the rotating speed of the motor. One of
the phases of the DC motor is directly fed back to the microprocessor to identify the position
of the motor at any instant.
